Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban's LA Home Burglarized on Valentine's Day

While Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban were celebrating Valentine’s Day in Las Vegas, burglars broke into their Los Angeles home on the evening of February 14, 2025. Intruders smashed their way inside and ransacked the property before fleeing when a household staff member unexpectedly walked in. Police were called around 8 p.m. It remains unclear how much was taken or whether any suspects have been publicly identified.

The Break-In

Authorities received a report of the burglary at the couple’s Los Angeles residence on Valentine’s evening. The thieves allegedly broke a glass door or window to gain entry, then searched the home for valuables. They fled when a staff member arrived on the premises. Urban, 57, was performing at the Fontainebleau in Las Vegas at the time. He later shared an Instagram post from the show featuring a photo of himself and Kidman, captioned “Valentines in vegas.”

Part of a Larger Pattern

The break-in occurred the same night Beverly Hills police arrested three people suspected of operating as part of a South American theft ring. A car chase near Rodeo Drive led to those suspects’ capture, though investigators did not officially link that crew to the Kidman-Urban burglary. Authorities had previously arrested seven Chilean nationals connected to a ring allegedly responsible for stealing millions from the homes of NFL, NBA, and MLS players.

Over prior months, burglars had targeted the homes of Patrick Mahomes, Travis Kelce, Joe Burrow, Luka Dončić, Bobby Portis, and Mike Conley Jr. - consistently striking while their targets were away for games or performances. The NFL and NBA had each issued memos to players in November 2024 warning of the pattern. No suspects have been publicly named in connection with the Kidman-Urban burglary, and representatives for the couple have not commented.
